Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at William & Noelle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If you need a rush order for any reason please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders will receive free USPS First Class or Priority based on the package weight.

If faster shipping is needed those additional shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy
We currently DO NOT ship internationally. CONTINENTAL US orders only.

Damages
William & Noelle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds on items.
If the item is incorrect in any way please contact us immediately at williamandnoelle@gmail.com so we can remedy the situation.
